My stay at the hotel was decent, and it had everything we needed, but there were a few drawbacks like being next to smokers outside the room and a small room for the price. However, the service was very nice and friendly despite a slight smoke smell in the rooms.

The service was excellent, especially thanks to Rochelle, the breakfast hostess. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Pensacola, but a bit messy. The dining experience was above average with a good variety of options. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
